Welcome to Bayside High School's Football website.
The Bayside High School Athletic Program strives to develop a well rounded student-athlete.
We view student-athletes as an extension of the classroom where life-lessons are
learned. Sportsmanship, scholarship and physical development are promoted and developed
through a wide variety and level of interscholastic sports. Competing in the large
FHSAA Class 5A, the Bears went to the regional finals in the 2009-2010 season. Congratulations
on your achievement. Good luck and let's do it again.
What's new... Incoming Bayside High School Freshman, interested in playing football, must have a completed physical, an EL-2 form, and an EL-3 form. Forms can be found on the Bayside High School Website under “Athletics.” All incoming freshmen are welcome to our “Community Practice” on May 6th at 6pm at the school stadium. We will be suppling more information regarding spring freshman practice dates and times on May 6th. Parents are encouraged to attend. All Freshman are also welcome and encouraged to attend Bayside High School Athletic/Football Conditioning starting May 30th at 7:45am. Required paperwork must be turned in to participate. in any sport at Bayside High students must complete a physical, complete all
of the necessary forms, and deliver them to the coach. Athletes risk being dropped from the team if
forms are not filled out appropriately. Students who have not played a sport
or are a freshmen will need to bring in their Birth Certificate before playing.
Any student coming to Bayside for the first time in the 10th, 11th, or 12th grade
must also fill out the Affidavit of Compliance with Policy on Athletic Recruiting form
completely and have it notarized. Questions should be refered to the Bayside High Athletic Director, Derek Smith.
Player Highlights include Highschoolsports.net, Friday Night Locker Room with Rick May, and online stats from MaxPreps.com who has released its national high school football preview, complete with individual write-ups for all 14,500 11-man football teams. |
